Natural Rub Recipe for Knee and Joint Pain


  • Ginger (1/2 inch ginger, grated)
  • Cayenne (2 tablespoons cayenne pepper powder)
  • Apple cider vinegar/ olive oil (1 cup raw apple cider vinegar OR 1/2 cup extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil, warmed)


Step 1:

Insert the cayenne pepper and grated ginger into the warm olive oil or apple cider vinegar. Once you have added those, mix the ingredients well so that you have a paste.

Step 2:

Put the paste on the areas where you have joint pain. Do this two times a day and let it sit for 20 minutes each.

Step 3:

Once you have waited 20 minutes, wash out the paste with warm water. Then lightly dab the water with a towel until you are dry.

Step 4:

If you have any leftover paste, make sure to store it in a refrigerator. Before applying it, always make sure you stir it beforehand.
